As it is not a massive thread with lot's of people getting the error then it is likely something to do with the settings locally.
Are you using the same PC/Laptop to access at work and at home? If not, then settings for AV and ad blockers could be causing the issue preventing you accessing the site.
Can you get into the world you wish using a direct link to the world or via the webworldbrowser? https://gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com/WebWorldBrowser/index.aspx
