My opinion on this whole matter is that EA messed up in implementation. Randomizing Forgotten base levels was not done correctly. Instead of high/low bases concentrated in certain sectors and clusters, it seems reasonable for the randomization to be dispersed more equitably between the whole world. EA realized how overpowered the world map was for certain sectors.
To the alliance members that got shafted. You know, and I know how overpowered your start was. It's a simple fact. You all are excellent diggers and game strategists. You're fooling no one with the bubbles popping, CP and RT using laments. In fact most top alliances are shooting Forgotten bases +20 levels higher most FA servers.
Within a week, your alliance would've been triple or quadruple the size of any other alliance even if you didn't have the best POIs (which you still kinda did for a long while). And it should have been. You took advantage of EA's mistake.
Also, the reason why Dream Team has fallen in rank is due to the mass rage quitting going on so the screenshot proves nothing.
It doesn't make any sense for EA to provide CP and RT to the whole world. Damage is done. Honestly, EA should shutter FS15 entirely and refund each account separately based on TA funds used. But that would be too sensible to do...
