What does "....will not face the forgotten..." mean? There's no bases, or fortress? All PvP? Or some new enemy? All *wispers* infected...?

I pretty much figured out a long time ago that online communities are full of predators.
Yet the same online communities are interrelated platforms that can be used to develop an environment you can be comfortable virtually existing in.
So the predatory states will exist without me.
