How do you get onto a hub? My first base got on easily but my next base not so , why?

- Only one base per player can move on a HUB ... the reason is: to kill the fort you have to inject the virus to lower the FF level. Each player has only one virus to inject, so you need all player (48) to sit on a HUB and inject the virus.
