EA have very little interest in having paid players in TA. Reporting of players is notoriously weak within the EA ecosphere for CnC:TA
There are scripts that alert players when their bases are being attacked, so I believe therefore it isn't likely that EA or the company actually running the game, Envision, are paid for playing. There are only two employees that I'm in contact with and only one places a base on a world PTE for testing purposes. I'm not aware of any bases belonging to employees.
