Is multi-accounts the way to go to won in this game?

Iam looking for the new server in 3 days. And I just want to ask about multi-accounts, is that still the main problem of this game? I dont like playing multiple-accounts and I will not do that. I Just...

No Karpov.. that's the way it used to be, now you only get small fraction of the resources if others did any of the killing.
