Is there a good alliance recruiting for the new world?

since the new server is going to be FA no morale the only team recruiting will be some off brand project group, maybe ttd or whatever they want to call themselves, having 2 FA no morale worlds starting in a row for them is very generous to the small group of players that even like playing that format to say the least but to say more than i should, which i will, its likely just to help drain all those free funds they just gave away in wcs to those very same players they seem to be spoiling with new servers coming just as they are finishing the previous ones.
