Layout Reservations Feature

Not just that, but the option to place down multiple layout reservations, not for your 2nd, 3rd, 4th - but to notify others in your alliance that you've found a good one for them.

This other feature should be called a Layout Notification, it alerts others within the alliance about a very good main and/or support layout that's free to use.

Layout notifications get overwritten by Layout Reservations, regardless of the player's ranking within the alliance. An officer can claim one from a member just as much as the opposite could happen.
