Loosing Bonus without loosing POI's
Has anybody noticed a loss in Ally attack bonus levels without loosing a respective POI ? What could be the reason for such a behavior ? How are the bonus levels calculated anyway ?

Could it be a rival alliance increased their holding of POI's and therefore the extra bonus level is reduced for you?
Somewhere there is a post on how the bonus levels are calculated, probably difficult to find however as it could be years old. I've looked and couldn't locate it - it is there somewhere on the internet! :-)
