morale too simple?
I was thinking that morale should be more relative to the success of a commander's attacks/defenses. So a aggressive attacker who is successful will have a bonus to their morale, the same for defender...

Upgrades now work like the rank system for individual units in a sense. You would have the option to upgrade a unit if its individual morale was low.... if morale worked that way.
So a higher grade, better performance, higher morale if the commander is successful.....
