@EE_Elephterion, could you provide clarification on whether there is a rules based approach to determining how much morale a world gets or if it's set manually by devs for each world.
I appreciate @gamerdruid's responses, but the response is an opinion and vague, and I'd prefer if we get official guidance. Has anything changed in the past 3 years to the morale system for worlds?
I'm also okay if EA's official position is that the morale system and how it works is not public information. But if it is okay to know how certain parts of the morale system work public please provide us some guidance so we aren't guessing. :)
