There seems to be some issues with the display of the badge for some accounts. The badge is meant to be visible in 'other achievements' when you look at the data for the player.
I've got accounts with the badge but not with the splash screen, without the badge but with the splash screen and without the badge or splash screen. They are investigating why it isn't displayed for everyone.
On the PTE in one alliance only 8/50 players have the badge when they all should have it as the world didn't start until early May.
