So what are the plans for a new world??? Last one opened 2 months ago.....

The regular answer to questions like this (often every 2-3 months) is that a new world will be announced when they plan the release of a new world and not before. There are a number of factors that decide when a new world will be released and one of them (but not the only one) is how full and active the last few worlds are.
