No me aparecen cajas para puntos de mando, de tiberium, cristales o energia

Question

Tengo mas de un mes que no me aparecen cajas en las bases para recolectar tiberium, cristales, energia o puntos de mando, agradeceria que repararan el error, es en el mundo Tiberian 35(europe). No es por tener otras bases cerca ya comprobe que mi base de ataque sola sin otras bases no  aparecen.

Hello Commander,I can only respond in english to your problem, I hope I understand correct.You are not seeing the crates you obtain from camps in your inventory for over 1 month now, on Tiberian 35? Is that correct?I will see if there is anything we can do. In the future, please do not wait one month before reporting a problem like this, thanks :)

@EE_Elephterion Not in inventory.He told that he can't see any camp with crates close their bases like this http://prntscr.com/n1e3b4
