why is EA ignoring complaint posts

so now i posted about an issue and someone else also posted and yet no response and no fix.

so again EA when i go to the in game settings and scroll over to "gameplay" settings, the apply button is raised to indicate a setting was changed but i had not applied, i click this and nothing happens, this would be connected to the issue with the game censoring out words in direct mails, please fix this issue and in future stop trying to censor everything. Thank you.
