Problem POI activation
Hi,
I have noticed this problem on poi activation even though I have influence on the zone.

A few days ago, the POI was activated. Then deactivated after a forgotten base reappeared. A few days after the base reappeared, a satellite code fell, destroying 2 forgotten bases and restoring influence without activating the POI.
Is this a known problem?
It's happening on Wrath 26 here 253:356, I didn't take any action to keep the problem visible to the admins.
