Good morning,
I have an idea that I would like to explore the possibilities of establishing and even trying on some worlds. To maintain greater discipline and motivation in the alliance, I suggest analyzing such a solution that the role of the member in the alliance is linked, for example, to the amount of allied bonuses received, e.g.:
Inactive – 15%
Trial period – 25%
Member – 50%
Veteran – 100%
Officer – 100%
Vice-President – 100%
Commander – 100%
In my opinion, changing the role of a member in the alliance on the existing terms adds only powers, but thus greater commitment, spending more time on diplomacy, map analysis, alliance management, setting directions, etc. There is no motivation, especially for the so-called disobedient farmers, or obedient only sometimes and selectively. It could have a motivating amount of bonuses received for players who do not understand how much time and energy must be spent to make the whole alliance use. Everyone would like to be a minimum veteran of the alliance, as Command decides, but based on the player's commitment to the alliance. Now changing his rank, especially the lower one, does not impress the player, because he loses nothing, only the sheet metal he possibly receives, he only talks about who he was in the alliance.
