I am having the same issue. I keep getting error 500

It is rare to have an outage that is like this, affecting every EA game from the Simpsons to NHL to FIFA to CnC:TA.

Apparently a fibre cable has been cut somewhere causing the problem. See other threads on the outage.

Mundo 19 is down for maintenance today. It will be back online soon.
