Refusal to refund
EA have done this for the last time.
I bought some command points. I lost 10 supply points and some funds. I received no CP. I spoke to the useless EA help advisors. 2 cut me off mid chat. Both lied several times. I explained I need the supply points back otherwise it puts me hours behind in the world. I was told it would be refunded to me. After 2 hours of trying to obtain a refund, she told me she couldn't refund the supply points, after she'd already issued the refund and I received my confirmation email. She kept lying saying that I'd agreed to it and doesn't understand the issue. After me asking how it was fair that I'm now hours behind the entire world with no way to rectify it, she cuts me off.
The next guy was just as bad. Told me he'd refunded it, but couldn't send me any confirmation of it, as his department didn't have the tools. I asked him how I speak to someone about the appalling service and the fact that I have had in game things taken from me. His response was 'thousands of ways.' I asked him why he couldn't send confirmation, he said he will refer to me the appropriate team who know all the procedures and then cut me off.
Third guy - At this point I was done, I want nothing more to do with EA and need a refund of the funds I have purchased. Can't do it because it's over 7 days old. Despite the fact that they messed up, I'm now way behind on the server with no way to rectify, the appalling service and that my funds are now useless to me.
5 hours later, no resolution, no refunds. £50 down the toilet and EA couldn't care less.
