Report a Player for violating Gameplay Rules?

There is an option in-game for reporting a player. However, if you expect EA to take action then you must have a very large body of reproducible evidence - something they can look at in in message, not you saw something happen, or he's grown too fast for the time online or he's using multiple accounts to grow. They will need concrete evidence.
