Report a Player for violating Gameplay Rules?

My understanding was that you couldn't use multiple accounts but if that's not the case my mistake. I guess the last few changes in the game have given the advantage to the folks who have the time to run 15 to 20 accounts at a time to build 1 super base. Kind of laughable in watching good ranked teams quit and try another server because they can't compete against the full time player that has the time to run that many accounts. Kind of destroys the PVP'ing at the center that a lot of us enjoy, win or lose. Maybe now "it's oh boy another #1 badge", rinse and repeat.

Oh and sharing logins is kind of the same if 1 player has access to 20 accounts. <----- joke
