Multiple accounts are allowed, provided they're not used to 'unfair advantage' - it is not managed or policed so there are no indications what 'unfair advantage' actually means.
Whether 1 or 20 accounts, if you have time to run them then you will be ahead of those that don't. Sharing, is from my understanding, not allowed. However, it is not prevented or policed so no penalties if you do share!
