Giving away or sharing the logins wouldn't be needed if the substitution could do pvp. In that case all members can leave sub to the cic or another staff commander and everything needed can be done.
Having logins makes life easier many times, but I can understand if players are very careful giving them away ... a modified substitution system could help here.
