Yes, but only if you can give substitution with pvp rights to multiple people at the same time, because who can predict which one will be online at the right time.
Multiple pvp sub would also fix the problem of giving login for all worlds when you might be friends on one world and enemies on another.

Totally agree ... in my dreams I see the option to define the member roles way more specific. Let's say our pvp team gets the role pvp - member and the cic can give all pvp members the right to log in any needed alliance account. That would solve many problems and would bring TA to another level.
Besides pvp there could be dig team roles and ppl can message only a specific team instead of the not very best in-game message system atm.
