Return a new brazilian World

I would like to see a new world of brazil again in TA. A pity not to have more. Any return forecast?

The game is little publicized although it is great. A mobile version won't come out?

They stopped producing country and region specific worlds a long time ago and have no plans to return to them. Wrath worlds have a start time that is more favourable to those in the Americas, but still not good.
A mobile version isn't planned either although I've heard of players using iPads to play.

The only difference I'm aware of is the start time.
