I wondered where can I find the details of the Rules Sets?
I mean when new server starts, the rule set is specify like "uprising" for exemple.
What does it means; what other rule sets exists etc..
Where can I find thoses infos?

There is really only now one 'Ruleset' which is uprising. In the past there were 'Old economy' and 'New economy' but they're not used now.
The different settings such as 'Malus' and 'Forgotten attacks' are referenced in the description when a world is announce as are any other variations such as number of POI's, %age boosts, amount of water and the maximum player and forgotten levels.
Malus settings of 4 and 7 are also mentioned at times.
Thanks for info, it is how I navigate the game since I started.
Still, there should be a place where the rulset specificities are listed like the ARSENAL in game that gives info on all types of units. Therefore I won't mark your answer as Solution iven if it is quite good.
