Scripts not working from patching on 21st, 28th & 29th September 2022!

Today was the start of the deployment of 22.3 to production worlds. As part of the changes to the backend of the game quite a lot of scripts will fail to work unless they are updated.

Before posting that you can't play the game because a script is broken, check that you've got an updated version. If your version is more than 2 months old then it is not likely to be an updated version changed to work on 22.3 (although some may still work!) and you will need to find a version that works.

There has been a thread here for quite some time and a small number of members have been busily updating as many scripts as they can. They won't have covered every single script out there. If you use a script written for your alliance, contact the author or post a link the script source if it doesn't work as expected.

Any non-working script should be named in this thread with a link to the source code.

  • For Chrome I found googling this link from CnCTA SoO SCRIPT PACK (updated a few days ago):

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cncta-soo-script-pack/mhohhaneodmbojhibocihibkiiafigkl

And for Chrome I found this link from CENTER DRIVEN CnC TA (updated one year ago):

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/center-driven-ultimate-sc/jlffiadoaimchlffohjmgnmkdhokdhaj
  • The SOO pack / extension installed ok on my machine with the latest version of Chrome. It has the latest scripts highlighted in pink (when you go to customize it) and older ones in white.

The Centre Driven pack / extension caused no error but has August 4th as it's release date therefore will not have an updated infernal wrapper as that only became necessary in September.

No extensions can be installed on Chrome. The package is invalid: CRX_FILE_NOT_READABLE.

The chrome extension links I posted are the ones that all Tiberium Alliances users have been using and have not encountered such issues.

That makes me see that the scripts are correctly published and the problem is not on the extension repository side.

Perhaps the problem is on the computer where you are trying to install them. Some type of outdated software, firewall problems, the antivirus program, company policies, etc.
  • Yes, the most likely is either outdated browser or anti-virus/firewall software blocking the installation
  • I'm not sure if this would help you but it's what the google search told me.

    Solution
    1. Close Chrome.
    2. Search for “regedit” in Start menu.
    3. Right click on regedit.exe and click “Run as administrator”
    4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google.
    5. Remove the entire “Chrome” container.
    6. Open Chrome and try to install the extension.

Thanks for the information. I am letting you know that I have installed the new Chrome. It did not help. I have a laptop and all extensions work there. I reinstalled the mentioned extensions and it worked. I closed ESSET on PS. It did not help. I don't know why I can't download anything on the PC and everything is fine on the laptop. Thanks for the answer.
