Sector relocation question

I know if you relocate numerous times in a certain period of time it leads to longer cool downs does anyone know if all your bases get destroyed inside one of those cool down periods does that change anything?

Or is the cool down still in place?

    Chad I agree with much you said there but I would add this: This is by far the longest I've played a single game in my life and I'm old. So despite all the issues, despite in typical EA fashion the game being incomplete on release, despite neutering PvP, despite some of the things you mention a bunch of us come back day after day and it has been what, over 9 years for me?

    Pretty crazy......
