SHARED RESOURCES

Could we get a Dev to please Explain the Shared Resources

The last link to this was by Player Nefrontheone 7 years ago and does not show Information

I know it has to be a Percentage , But does it go back to full resources if the Base is Fully healed ?

    from what i remember yep.
    if it's not damaged, you get all of it.
