Shameful Act against the whole alliance
In brief, 'LOCO UNCHAINED' was scheduled to take the Fort for a second badge on Firestorm 27. Once it became clear that the alliance was about to defeat the FORT, TRUMPBINDER49 (HUDSON1949 on his alt) suddenly changed the alliance name to 'LOCO TRUMP'. He is a die-hard supporter of President Trump, which we do not have a problem with. However, changing the alliance name without consulting the other CICs/SICs or even members of the alliance is a shameful act and a low blow, as it will be reflected on the list of our badges forever. We therefore request that EA completely removes the badge from our name if EA cannot restore the badge name to 'LOCO UNCHAINED'. We set out our arguments in support of our request below. 1. Violation of EA's Positive Play Charter EA's Positive Play Charter explicitly states: "We expect our players to... Show respect for all other players.... Keep it clean.... Don't harass others.... Don't make threats." Using the name of a deeply divisive contemporary political figure is inherently disrespectful to a significant portion of the player base. It is not a neutral term; it is a powerful political symbol that can make many players feel alienated, uncomfortable, and targeted based on their political beliefs, which should have no bearing on game play. 2. Violation of Game-Specific Terms of Service Most EA games, including this one, have rules against inappropriate Player/Alliance Names. These typically prohibit names that are: Offensive, vulgar, or hate speech. Sexually explicit. Related to controversial religious, historical, or political figures. Intended to harass or threaten others. The name "Loco Trump" falls squarely under "related to controversial political figures." Allowing it to be displayed on a permanent badge sets a dangerous precedent. If this is permitted, what is to stop future winners from choosing names tied to other extreme domestic or international political figures, turning our global game into an unwelcome political battleground? 3. Against the Spirit of the Game The Fort destroy and its badge should be a celebration of strategic achievement and teamwork, not a platform for political grandstanding. All players, regardless of nationality or political affiliation, should be able to look at that badge and see a game milestone, not a political statement they agree or disagree with. For many years i have felt that the world champ server is hardly a world champ server, firstly, the same guys team win every year regardless of how many try to kill him, so its a 1 horse race and EA don't care as long as they get paid, but anyway, a champion sever should be a normal non malus world that is completely unfundable with each player have 300cp and 2days12hrs rt cap as standard and pup pvp rules back to how they were when this game was at its best. after all its not a true championship if the game aint even, no pay to win, i know EA won't ever do this cos they all about the dollar and not the players but worth a try lolWCS world settings
Hi ee_skyfyre8 , Is there any chance you can reconsider the world settings you have for wcs? no one likes Morale and also FA attacks, these kind of worlds are awful. Don't take my word for it , put it for a vote , Morale Versus Morale +FA versus FA we only get WCS once every two years , pls don't ruin it before its started. Lets put it to a popular vote.SolvedSteam and Tiberium Alliances
Not an official announcement, but something that was drawn to my attention by another player: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3106530/Command__Conquer_Tiberium_Alliances/ It seems that a Steam version of the game is 'Coming Soon'. Maybe we'll get more information via an official announcement nearer the real launch date, well we can hope!
