Suggestion - New Menu: POI

A new menu with a database of all the POIs in the world (and divided by sectors as an option) with options to order them as per:
-type
-level / score / tier (with option to a submenu/tab/window for tier info and planning)
-coordinates / sector
-owner (the alliance)

The "Alliance bonuses" tab in "Alliance" needs an upgrade to it's own redesigned menu.
The bonus tier shouldn't be a "secret" and shouldn't be discovered/explained by 3rd parties.
