- No - It is a browser game designed for a computer screen. Some have managed to get parts working, such as logging in a collecting packages, but not to play the game actively by killing forgotten bases. The chat is also another part some have managed to get working.
A tablet such as an iPad or an Android one may have a little more success, but still not fully playable.
The short answer is still no.
You could try 'CnC Rivals' which is designed for a smartphone.

I was out at the EA studios in LA for some stuff and got to play with it a bit but for whatever reason I don't think it ever got released. This has been years but the whole reason TA funds are standalone funds had to do with Apple being a pain (shocking right?) in terms of EA's traditional funding mechanism.
It's been a long time and I'm old, most of that is pretty hazy.
