Complete agree. We only use the "backdoor" because so often it's impossible to log into the stupid game - otherwise we wouldn't need to, Plus, it's been down for over 12 hours when the message said MAX 4  - so hardly unreasonable to try and log in... As usual a bunch of school kids could do a better job. At a "cost" of more than virtually any other online game. Pffff. Joke.
