The changes are making the level 80 worlds the way they were initially intended. The POI's etc didn't get generated correctly initially, this updates them. I'll draw attention of the difficulties to the developers, maybe they'll respond.

the entire world is fucked now, most ppl are quiting now.
the fort is level 70 after virus injections but regular forgotten bases are now LARGER !! how the hell can the 5th alliance or ANY alliance do the fort now without spending another 500 euros in funds or sit there for another 2 years ?!
players have been saying for years these updates just make the game worse and worse but its like talking to a cat
