Tunnel Exits may be broken - Firestorm 14

Hello,

This player has a base with level 62 attack 418:376 and is near 2 level 62 tunnel exits.
However, there are no outposts that are higher than lvl 61.

Is this working as intended?

  • Outposts spawn between -1 and +3 as compared to the higher of the base Offense or Defense, provided the base has an offense. As the outposts respawn, the level will change randomly.

    First of all, it is not -1 /+3, because once activated, Tunnel Exit of level 63 will spawn a lvl 61 outpost, ALWAYS, so it is -2 from the TE level for sure and goes up but it should really be -2/+2 from my past experience.

    However, in Firestorm 14 Tunnel Exit of 63 does not spawn anything other than lvl 61 outpost, and that is what I already explained in my original post.

    Now, at first I thought it could be that offence level needs to be higher to see some higher level outposts, that is why I waited for someone to reach a level 62 offence, however once this was done, outpost levels still did not improve above lvl 61.
