Update on the situation of the Login Problems

thank you for the update developer, at least we know you are aware of the issue, it does not help with or address the lost funds at all. but at least we can see that you are aware. it is a shame that we invest funds with a limited time frame to enjoy our investment. then are totally cut off from being able to use the funds because we can not access the game and the limited time period to use these funds run out while we are unable to access the account. that really sucks. and again i cant tell you how bad it sucks when login in just to get error message or frozen and need to relogin again , and again , and again, after doing just about anything. this is a true disaster that i believe you guys do not fully yet comprehend the scope of. not only has this issue done this but the damage of lost players who will not return because of it will be making the game suck even more. i have already noticed a marked drop of active players who will seemingly will not return. this makes for a far less interesting game. no game fix will return the lost players. no game fix will make me want to continue on multiple servers. as a direct result of this total screw up i am no longer a player who will invest funds in this game. or any EA game for that matter. not much of a loss for EA. but i am normally the last who will make a complaint, so that said, i do know that if i am getting this way and i am very easygoing and slow to be bothered by things and hardly ever say anything when i do get bothered and the fact that this issue has so enraged me that i am speaking out. i can only imagine how many players are totally ticked off folks. again thank you for screwing up a good game. unfortunate yes, but i believe you are giving too little too late for my satisfaction, this whole issue is professionally unacceptable.
