W21 malus correction
As it's not possible to give feedback in announcmenets.. so make an topic. This correction is awfull LOL, as now i have malus 65% to higher base towards the centre, then 50% backwards.. in general....

Well I just heard from someone from EA that it will stay as it is... the world started with a wrong setup and is now fixed and will stay in the fixed estate.
