I think 4 morale is the best setup, we don't want to be finished in 3 months. normal worlds are hard but WCS is easy? does not make sense

Out of curiosity, are 4 and 7 malus the only options, or could it be somewhere in between, like 5? Because 7 malus was designed for Forgotten Attacks worlds, since having to build high defense on bases instead of putting all crystal into your army already slows the world down. So high malus + FA would make the world take too long.

But if there are no Forgotten Attacks, 7 seems like it would be too fast. Also, 7 is not high enough to prevent multi-accounting, the malus needs to be higher to really reduce the effectiveness of this tactic.

Agree, 7 malus is too low making it an alt-exploit haven. We all know what happened last WCS. Most of the community came together to boycott the server. A 5 morale setting will make it difficult to use alt exploits while allowing players to move to the center a little faster compared to 4.

@EE_kalyn As the game itself is coming to an end and this will probably be the last WCS people will play, please can you arrange for the winning team to have a POI named after them. Thank you.

Maybe go for the Uranium.

The game is a bit more resilient I think and the general environment is healthier than in the past. And as a result i suspect participation is up recently.
I think it will stick around for a while.

Well, malus 7 will be a lot quicker, especially because malus also rises less quick. Alts can be used at that setting quite for a long time though, thats right.

Malus 4 is a very special setting, taking a lot of time, knowledge and effort. New eco was built for that setting, you can feel it. I'd still prefer malus 4, because malus is punishing you hard raising 20% per level (as far as i know, maybe 15%^^), no quickies. Double the POIs is actually a smart idea I think, making "luck" a bit less of a factor.

Something "new" like malus 5 with the punishing rising setting from malus 4 would probably be interesting, enabling to switch to the next tunnel more quickly, reducing the overall time, but still needing a lot of insight for longterm eco and main. But farming would be brutal at malus 5 i guess. :D

m4 or m5, my 2 cents. m7 is a bit too easy without FA for the best battling

we play WCS, it has to have the hardest setup. We don't play a normal world. It's WCS. Only 4 morality is fair for everyone

Make it M4 please , we had the alt abuse topic on the last WCS and it made it unplayable... I´m very happy you made the right decisions this time with making it a Moral wcs , announcing it 2 months earlier , let us vote for the layout we prefer... i appriciate your motivation to put an interesting WCS out but please make it M4 so we don´t see the prehitting abuse again , M7 is just to much and people will start alliances again just to prehit where they can... thanks and love from my side
