20.1 patch issues

I just checked it in Tiberian39 and it appears to me without activating for officers but in the same way it is as if they were not available for CiC and SiC. https://prnt.sc/rn7ca4

Nor do I have access to an officer who can verify the difference of looking with CiC and with an officer at an alliance base.

I've checked on T43 and Wrath25 and the same issues arise there too. Any other worlds affected?

I think all worlds are affected, the issue is the same on world 35, world 36...

I've checked on my one player alliance on T39 and the screen isn't quite the same, but it does show that the CiC/SiC have the same lack of rights as you. I don't have other accounts/players in the alliance so that may account for the lack 'officer' rights on my screen.

After further investigation, the 'tab' to view those rights is also missing. Does it work for officers?

For Member role from "inactive" up to "officer", the rights can be enabled or disabled... the new tab can be viewed.
The "CiC and "SiC" can't view it though.
