3 months unabble to atack... any compensation? NONE so far

almost 3 months stuck unabble to atack... and then, finally, they seen to have it fixed... any compensation? NONE so far.

On some worlds the problem is coming up, possibly with a different cause - calls for compensation are premature until the underlying issues are completely solved.
