a relocation issue

- The time is related the world time not your local time. If you set the time shown to be world time you'll get a better idea of when you can relocate.
- At that moment, world time was 2021/9/1 15:08:39, I'm sure. Now I could relocate, but date/time problem may stay in the server.
- It happened again. Our bases were destroyed again. You can see World Time.

- relocate player button doesn't show up for Me at all, screen won't scroll down to jump, is there something I need to adjust?
- Yes, if you adjust the zoom level in your browser (80% works for me) then it becomes visible.

thanks for raising awareness for this issue. Sadly I can't promise you a fix for this anytime before the new year, will have to make this for 22.1.
