I usually access through the URL (because I play in spanish):

https://www.tiberiumalliances.com/es

But if I enter with the URL that you indicate, it takes me to:

https://www.ea.com/games/command-and-conquer/command-and-conquer-tiberium-alliances?setLocale=en-us

Have you tried changing the language of the page (bottom right) to United States?
