Stolen accounts

Hey EA dev team,

sorry, it's more likely not relevant category, but here I can get right answer.

I probably have evidence that 2 accounts were stolen by competitor alliance. Anyway, both of them didn't know anything that was done from their accounts. One of them after it lost control at all. One lost an access at all (they changed password).

I'm just curious if it's elibable practice to use anyone accounts without their knowing. Or we can investigate it and punish, or it's gray zone? Or I need to go somewhere else. 

This game require a lot of time and money to give it away.
