All supplies disappeared ?

As a moderator I talk to the 'people behind the scenes' - there aren't many of them so they don't have the time to come here and repeatedly say the same thing. If people would read the banners at the top of pages and the posts in the announcements section then there wouldn't be a great deal of the same info in the threads, there would be one or two only on the similar topics. The problem wasn't of Envisions making to do with the patch (this time) but one of connection to the database serving parts of the game. I know this as I can understand some of the info my machine gives me when I press F12 and can tell when an issue is coming from a game server or elsewhere.
