I cannot upgrade buildings, Firestorm 29

I have refreshed multiple times.  Logged off of EA and back in.  Nothing works!

No-one from the development team that visits these forums is working until January so won't see this.  Posting screenshots of the issue will help others understand the issue and maybe come up with a solution.

Outline which building(s) you're trying to upgrade and show any error messages.

Hi, I appreciate the reply.  I simply cannot upgrade any buildings.  I cannot transfer resources either.  It's only this server, others there is no issue.  Clearly, this is a major issue for me.  lol, guess I'll have to wait until the new year to get anything resolved.

I've restarted the computer, logged off and on to ea, cleared the cache.  

Next step is to touch grass but it's 23°F outside.  :P
