Alliance boosts dont work (exept resources)

So my lvl 35 Scorpion fight vs lvl 36 Scooper, 24'270 hp and 92'140 (+89,76%) damage vs 13'657 hp and 98'928 damage ... How can Scooper win this fight and stay with almost half of durability?
