- iguanaworld4 years agoNew AceAnd for the fourth day in a row we return to the "technical problems" bug and we cannot authenticate to the EA server. :-(
- iguanaworld4 years agoNew AceNow, working again.
- EA has a history of bad service. It is a miracle they continue to survive
- I've checked with Envision and it is definitely something that they can't deal with!
You will need to contact EA / Origin support yourself as there is no 'general' login problem (Envision checked). - nefrontheone4 years agoSeasoned AceI will start by saying that it is clear to me that the problem is in the authentication part of EA, it affects all EA online games and not just our beloved Tiberium Alliances.
On the other hand, it is worth saying that the EA support service tells you that the fault is of each game instead of trying to solve a general problem of the company. Yes, that problem directly affects all EA, showing its dark side of improper management of outsourced services. - iguanaworld4 years agoNew AceYes, I think the same, it is EA's responsibility.
And these types of actions do not improve her image with their customers. - Next time the problem arises, go to the EA support and report the issue. If they say it is a game issue then keep a copy of the transcript. Don't post it here as naming/shaming EA staff is not allowed but you can send the copy to me, @enigm or @EE_elepheterion.
Going around in blame circles isn't in the interest of anyone. - If EA even once cared about its customers, they would not destroy the CnC franchise with the so-called CnC 4: Tiberium Twilight, a game that nobody but EA thinks is canon.
Also, they would make games that have high quality instead of just there to milk customers of more and more $$$. The promotion of all the new worlds (especially the Championship worlds) are basically there just to milk the crap out of people who have too much $$$. Instead of actually making the game better, they just make more worlds with the same problems. "TBI1001;c-2211620" wrote:

Welcome to the real world! Capitalism is predominantly the way of the real world and EA fit nicely into that."gamerdruid;c-2211635" wrote:

Oh of course. It is also the gamer's prerogative to see that kind of behavior as exploitative and refuse to spend more money for inferior content. Why do you think Starcraft 2 is still played while CnC4 is all but dead?
