- Your tag line, "Always testing something" needs changing I think.
It should be 'Always being tested by EA!'

At last an answer. Players may not like it but alt accounts are a big problem and this will reduce their viability even if it isn't the direct intention to do so. - iguanaworld4 years agoNew AceOne more time...
Recovering my password twice, it won't let me in saying that technical problems continue and I have my password reset for the third time. :-(
LogIn into EA.com, not game or nothing similar, EA site.
Edited: Nine times and I can't LogIn in EA site.
Nine times EA blocked my account with no reason. - Once it is barred on a day, nothing you can do will help. There is an anti-digital fraud level and once you pass it then you're barred for the day (I'm not sure how long for, but in my experience I've been able to log on the next day.)
Forcing you to 'recover your password' is part of that 'feature'. - nefrontheone4 years agoSeasoned AceUff, bad feeling-
- iguanaworld4 years agoNew AceAs I have already said, I believe that the fight against cybercrime is important, against those who try to harm others or the companies that offer us their services.
In this case it is a question of accessing the EA portal, to request help and they do not allow me, they reject me. They have had me hanging around with account locks and retries to finally not answer my query.
Do you only attend inquiries when they want?
This is disparaging a legitimate user of your gaming platform, not a fight against a criminal.
That is, they decide who and when can play any of their games.
"Don't look, this morning you've been playing for a while, now you can't go in because EA doesn't want to and I don't care if they're destroying your bases or your soldiers or whatever"
Then they wonder that people have such a low opinion of them. - nefrontheone4 years agoSeasoned Ace

If they have blocked your account or your access for a certain number of hours, I think the correct thing would be for them to indicate it to you in the message or in the notice.
That way you wouldn't spend an hour changing the password, testing, changing the password again, trying another computer, changing the password again, etc. - iguanaworld4 years agoNew AceNow I can play again but... not sure for this night. :-(
