Bought two times Premium Supply Packages on Tib49 - They did not appear/activated, funds are away

Hi..

I bought two Premium Supply Packages on Tib 49 some days ago.. it did not appear.. first i thought, it is a bug and will be "corrected" in the next days.. but it's not.

i lost 39'998 TA Funds without recieving anything.

What can i do??

Unfortunately we can't help with that on here - you need to contact EA direct for problems with in-game purchases.

Check in your EA account to see if it is showing as purchased there.
