Bug Reporting – Guide

Hello Commanders,

 

If you encounter a bug in the game, please report it in the Technical Issues, Tools & Scripts forum and fill in the following template. This helps us to take care of the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

 

• Account: <account that experienced the issue>
• World: <world name or id on which the bug was perceived>
• Date/Time: <date and time when the bug happened>
• Browser (Version)/ Operating System: <browser (including version if possible) and operating system used when the bug appeared>
• Describe the Bug/ what happened: <describe what you did to experience the error, what the error looked like<

optional:

• Steps to reproduce the error: <step/actions to perform in order to recreate the bug>
• Additional Details: <any additional information which might be useful as well as screenshots, console outputs etc.>
